How the partnership works
You spent the time getting the brand and the design right. Handing it to the wrong developer undoes that work with sloppy spacing, broken responsiveness, and changes you never approved. Web Equipped builds websites the way designers want them built. We read your files, respect your decisions, and deliver a responsive site that matches the design you sold your client.
Send us the design.
Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or a flat mockup, plus any content and requirements. Onboarding calls are encouraged to properly communicate scope of work.
We build it.
We scope the build and give you a partner rate before any work starts. No hourly surprises.
Your client stays yours.
We work fully white-label. Your client sees your brand and deals with you. We take direction from you and stay in the background as much as you wish. Poaching a designer’s client would end the referrals that keep us in business, so we do the opposite.
Our goal is to make you look good and send the next project back to you pixel perfect to your design.

FAQ’s
Will my client know you were involved?
No, unless you want them to. We work fully white-label. Your client sees your brand and deals with you.
What design files do you work from?
Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or a flat mockup. Send what you have. If a file is not build-ready, we tell you what we need before we start.
Will you change my design?
We build what you designed. If something will not work technically or will hurt performance, we flag it and ask before we change anything.
Who talks to the client?
You own the relationship and we take direction from you. In our experience, it can be helpful to have a partner help manage the client’s technical questions. Ultimately, we will be as involved as you wish.
Can I mark up your work?
Yes. We quote you a partner rate. What you charge your client is yours to set.
What platforms do you build on?
WordPress and Divi are our recommnedation. We also work in Framer, Webflow, Squarespace, and custom code when a project needs it.
How long does a build take?
Most designer projects take one to three weeks depending on scope and delivery of assets on your end. You get a timeline with the quote.
What happens after launch?
You can hand it off, or offer your client our $100/month maintenance plan so the site stays secure and updated. Client requests for updates post launch can be middle manned through you or directly with us. Totally up to what you’re comfortable with.
Will you try to steal my client?
No. Your client is yours. We build, you deliver. Long term relationships and trust is how we grow; poaching would end that.
